A Mavic team wins again, and stays in yellow

The Garmin-Cervelo team won stage two of the 2011 Tour de France, a 23km team time trial, by just 4 seconds. It was a crucial and hard-fought victory for this team. It was extra special because the team's star and world champion, Thor Hushovd, moved into the yellow jersey by just 0.47 seconds.
Garmin-Cervelo riders have been critical to Mavic in the development of new technologies. Even on this race day, some riders were testing new, prototype aerodynamic wheels. With the right equipment and perfect execution, the team delivered one of its biggest wins of the year.
